随着微机技术和大规模集成电路技术的，促使仪器仪表发生了根本的变革。一大批以微处理器为基础的仪器仪表，即智能化仪器仪表应运而生，并有逐渐取代常规仪表的趋势。磁电机灯电压的测量装置就是以8031单片机为核心的具有智能化功能的一种新型测量装置，它是专门为测量磁电机灯电压参数而设计的，它的灵活性很大，可以通过编程而改变它的功能，使其还具有转速测量功能、常规电压测量功能。该测量装置具有很高的测量速度及测量实时性，集测量与显示于一体特别适用于即时的测量要求。此电压测量装置利用光电式传感器把转速信号转换为脉冲信号，作为输入信号通过8031单片机的定时器/计数器对输入的转速脉冲信号进行计数，来测量转速。若测量的转速经比较与设定的转速值相等时，便启动A/D转换器，进行电压测量。此电压值就是特定转速下磁电机的灯电压值。最后，转速、电压值经过LED显示器进行显示。基于此测量装置是以单片机为核心的，具有很高的准确性、精确度和可靠性，因此有很好的发展前景。

Abstract
With the development of microcomputer technology and large-scale integrated circuit technology, there has taken place foundational innovation on instrument and meters. A whole range of instrument and meters were based on microprocess, that is intelligent instrument, were set up, has the trend of replacing regular instrument gradually. Lamp-voltage measurement instrument of magneto is with 8031 uniwafer-computer as core and with the function of intelligence a new type measure instrument. It is design especial for measure voltage parameter of magneto. It's flexibility is excellent . we can change it's function through program, thus, it can measure speed of revolution and can measure usual voltage. instrument has a high speed and real-time feature of measurement. It is the integration of measurement and display unit, especially applied to using in real-time measurement. The instrument change speed of revolution to impulse signal by photoelectric transducer and as input signal of 8031 uniwafer-computer, then count input signal of revolution speed impulse through Time/Counter of 8031, thus revolution speed was measured. If revolution speed is equality to positing revolution speed, it will start-up A/D converter and start measure voltage. Finally, revolution and voltage is displayed with LED display unit. Because core of the instrument is uniwafer-computer, it has a excellent accuracy, degree of accuracy and reliability. So, it's development foreground is far-reaching.
