6、各金融监管部门要统一政策，加强协调与配合。
银行信贷资金进入股市，在我国涉及到两种类型的金融机构、两个相对独立的金融市场、两个不同的金融监管部门，中国人民银行和中国证监会要加强协调和配合，共同制定出相关政策、法规，共同监督执行。银行信贷资金进入股市打通了货币市场与资本市场之间资金流通的通道，货币信贷政策与资本市场政策开始相互融合、相互促进、相互影响，制定统一的金融政策的问题实际上已经提了出来。
