6、 公共行政固然要向企业学习，但大可不必，亦没有必要走向"自我解构"，甚至于反国家的道路。更重要者，在学习企业的同时，应考虑情景之特殊性；
7、 公共行政不应淡化对公务伦理的要求，因为这是实现良好治理之必需；
8、 公共行政既要重视公共系络，亦要重视管理的知能与策略；9、 公共行政之研究，要采科际整合的途径，避免单一视角带来的盲点。二千余年前，中国先哲大圣老子曾谓："天下皆知美之为美，斯恶矣；皆知善之为善，斯不善也。故有无相生，难易相成，长短相形，高下相倾，音声相和，前后相随，是以圣人处无为之事，行不言之?quot;。并谓"不自见故明，不自是故彰，不自伐有功，不自矜故长"。对公共行政之理论与实务而言，可谓是至理名言。
