虽然教育行业有着与其他产业截然不同的特点,我们不能把生产管理的方式、技巧生搬硬套于教学组织、管理过程,但是这一“倒过来”的逆向思维方式对我们还有一定的启发意义。利用这种方式来组织教学过程,可以使每一阶段的教学更具目的性、针对性;还可以增强教学系统本身的柔性;而且由于各培养、教学阶段是供与求的关系,前一阶段必须向后一阶段保证其教学质量和知识内容、结构的合理性,这样无形中就对教学质量形成了一个刚性约束;最后,由于每一阶段都只传授后一阶段必需的知识或技能,因此这一教学组织方式有效杜绝了过度教育的浪费。
