摘 要：本文论证了非国有经济在我国国民经济发展中的重要性，对民营企业发展过程中的主要障碍——融资难的原因作简要分析，并就如何解决民营企业融资难的问题做探讨性研究。

国家统计局于2000年11月份的一份研究报告中提出：在196个工业行业中，国有经济应逐步从146个行业中撤离，只在其余51个行业中保持一定控制力或居于垄断地位。培植、扶持民营企业，促进非国有经济的发展将成为今后相当长时期内我国政府宏观经济管理的战略任务。
